[Photo|Nasa coalition]During his public address at the CSIS | Center for Strategic & International Studies in the US during his 10-day visit, opposition leader Raila Odinga left a statement that left many with questions.Raila addressed the public forum over his NASA coalition's struggle for electoral justice in Kenya and democratic Kenya, saying he would not tire.Odinga who said he did not recognise Uhuru Kenyatta as president, affirmed during the forum, that NASA would make sure Uhuru does not become Kenya's president for another five-year term."The next time we meet, you will not be asking me why or when but, how we did it," the former prime minister and Uhuru's top political rival told participants of the forum in Washington, DC.His statement relates to what his foot soldiers have planned in case Uhuru is sworn in as president.The Supreme Court upheld his victory on Monday, setting ground for his swearing in on Tuesday November 28 at Kasarani.His (Raila) foot soldiers have however vowed to ensure he is as well sworn on grounds that Uhuru is an illegitimate president.Shortly before he left for the US on November 8, Odinga held an interview with Reuters, Tuesday.He said his NASA coalition wants an interim government to run the country for six months as the constitution gets reviewed to curb the president’s authority.He indicated he was open to talks with President Kenyatta over a constitutional review that will lower the risk of violence from minority groups who feel excluded from power."We think that maybe six months will be required to carry out all these changes that we need in this country," Odinga who has since declared he does not recognise Uhuru as president, said.However Jubilee MPs led by Nominated MPs Gideon Keter and David Ole Sankok faulted the former prime minister, saying there will be no interim government or talks between Odinga and Kenyatta until when Uhuru is sworn in.On Monday, NASA CEO Norman Magaya said: "We have a range of options in our hands. Swearing in Raila Odinga is one of our options on the table. It has been considered robustly."
