Wilfred Bosire a MCA aspirant said the tour was a political visit in nature and not to meet the youth.

He was basing his evidence on the addresses made by Raila Odinga who was focusing majorly on the Jubilee government failure.

"The visit by the opposition chief Raila Odinga was meant to meet the youths in Kisii county and give them an opportunity to express their views as much as leadership is concerned," he said.

"But they were only being given songs and poems on how Cord will beat Jubilee in next year's general elections," said Bosire.

All the speakers who were in the youth meeting, according to the aspirant were majorly focusing on the elections and the elections process in the country instead of focusing on how to help raise the youths from a lower level in terms of development in the country.

"Most leaders in Gusii region especially those who are in opposition were on Saturday heard confidently campaigning for 'baba' instead of bearing in mind the business of the day which brought them to the youth forum in the county and yet they were focusing on the 2017 elections and the victory for Cord," he said.
