Kisumu governor Jack Ranguma has been accused of pulling down campaign banners belonging to his opponents.
Gubernatorial aspirant Chris Ondiek has claimed that goons affiliated with Ranguma are being used to frustrate his campaign.
"The behavior by the Governor is despicable and is a clear testimony of how he has discriminated youths in Kisumu county for 4 years now," Ondiek is quoted by the Star.
The youthful aspirant called on Ranguma to be confident and face him in the ballot.
"The Governor should face me in the forthcoming elections and not resort to political hooliganism," he said.
He has therefore demanded an apology from Ranguma over the allegations.
