 Kisumu governor Jack Ranguma has pledged to continue empowering women, the vulnerable, and youths in his county. 

Accompanied by the First Lady, Olivia, the ODM governor distributed Revolving Fund cheques to 297 Persons Living With Disabilities (PLWDs), Women and Youth groups, Tuesday. 

''Empowerment of the vulnerable and marginalised groups is at the heart of my administration,'' Ranguma said, during marking of the 2017 International Women's Day at Chemelil Roundabout in Muhoroni Sub-county.
