[Photo| Courtesy]Former Kisumu Governor Jack Ranguma has said "all doors are not closed" moments after the High Court dealt him a blow by dismissing his gubernatorial election petition against Governor Prof Anyang' Nyong'o.He filed a petition seeking for the nullification of the gubernatorial election held in August 8, 2017.However, Justice David Majanja dismissed the case with costs for lack of sufficient evidence on Wednesday.Ranguma addressed the press outside the court, saying he would consider appealing the case."All the windows, all the doors are not closed. We will move to the next step putting in mind what the Judge said. But this will happen after I have consulted with my lawyers," said the first Kisumu County governor.He was represented by lawyer Richard Onsongo while IEBC and the Returning Officer John Lorionokou were represented by advocate Edwin Mukele.He had vied as an independent candidate.
