Ms Ranguma said women should be the number one supporters of their husbands since they have overwhelming influence over their partners.

Ms Ranguma on Tuesday took to her social media page to educate women at a time most marriages are taking a break due to misunderstanding between couples.

“Wives: Don't underestimate the influence you have over your man. Most men depend on their wives for inspiration and motivation. You are your man's fuel that empowers him to do great things. With the right kind of support and encouragement your man can do amazing things,” wrote the County First Lady on her facebook wall.

Ms Ranguma has been on the forefront championing women empowerment through female talks and empowerment fora where women are encouraged to come out and battle for leadership positions.

Taking to social media has shown her take to another audience ahead of the 2017 general election where women from the area have been seeking for support from men.

Ms Ranguma however, believes the leadership begins from the family level where women must know their responsibilities so as to get it right in the public.

“It's not coincidental that every winning male team has female cheerleaders on the sidelines. Men thrive on female support and encouragement. Therefore drop all the nagging, criticism and discouragement. It is turning him into a little boy in a big body. It is in your power to make or break your man. Believe in your man and let him know that you're his number one encourager and number one cheerleader. The return on such investment will surprise you. Yes, your man will accomplish anything with your unwavering support and encouragement,” read her facebook post.
