Garissa residents have been left speechless after photos of SportPesa CEO Ronald Karauri showcasing his privately owned jet were doing rounds online.
Mr Karauri has more than once proven that he is swimming in money by showing off the cars he owns and expensive properties under his name.
The CEO of the betting company which is one of the most successful companies in Africa has now got himself a brand new private jet said to have cost him millions of shillings.
Here are some reaction from Garissa residents after Mr Karauri who is a former pilot gifted himself a brand new Gulfstream G650 private jet.
“When you have the money, you spend it so that you get more. If I was in his shoes, I would do exactly the same,” said Abdi Afey.
“You have to admit that there are people who have money in this country. With all the cars that he has bought and now a jet, I think he should assist those who are in need,” said Sharif Mohammed.
“If he can afford to buy a private jet then Kenyans are really betting. He’s free to buy anything he wants with the money he gets,” said Hussein Osman.
Apart from the jet, Mr Karauri owns a BMW, a Maybach S600, Bentley Continental GT, Rolls Royce, and a Rolls-Royce among others.
