Social media users have expressed mixed reactions after NASA leader Raila Odinga's supporters were blocked from welcoming him after he landed at the JKIA from the US, Friday.
Hundreds turned up to welcome Odinga, walking along Jogoo and Mombasa roads to the capital city for a rally in Kibra.
Most of the users under #RailaReturns condemned the police for preventing them, saying it was uncalled for.
Below are some of the reactions from them.

In Zimbabwe, a Coup proceeds so peacefully it looks surreal .. In Kenya, Baba supporters can’t even welcome Baba peaceflly ... Civilized Nation is built on equal application of the law & Constitution .. Our Police are under the law ... #RailaReturns
Now the world media reports ‘tension outside JKIA’ instead of reporting ‘ Kenya’s opposition leader receives a hero’s welcome’. Which of the two is economic sabotage? Jubilee would rather subotage the operations at JKIA than let the world see Raila’s popularity. #RailaReturn
