Nairobi Governor Mike Mbuvi Sonko came under sharp criticism from a section of Kenyans after his government on Wednesday announced the closure of Uhuru Park grounds to the public, saying it needs to undergo renovation.The park was to be used by the opposition team NASA as the swearing-in venue of NASA principals Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka as people's president and deputy president respectively on January 30,2018.
A section of online users allied to NASA took to twitter to condemn Sonko.
Some users called on his impeachmeant while others told him the park was not his personal property.
Another user advised the JuJubilee governor to use his brains.
