Opposition leader Raila Odinga on Monday morning chaired a special ODM meeting in Mombasa.
Addressing the delegates at the meeting, Odinga while referring to noted that his presidency was not guaranteed, so he should stop loitering.
The former Prime Minister further noted that 'some' people should not dare call for a lifestyle audit.
"You are dishing out cash. We know your salary. Don't ask for a lifestyle audit. We know the thieves," he said.
Odinga's comment elicited a lot of reactions from some Kisumu residents. Here are some of them:
@frankodhiambo: Raila is right. Ruto has started campaigning earlier instead of delivering to Kenyans.
@benoluoch: Raila and Ruto should sort their differences. They should bring the handshake to Nyanza.
@estheratieno: All the leaders should embrace national unity that's what the handshake entails.
@fredotieno: Ruto should not come in Kisumu to campaign. 2022 is still far. We need development projects.
@maryakinyi: Instead of pointing fingers to Ruto he should start revealing corruption scandals the way he used to.
@lukemboya: It is so early to say who will be the president come 2022.
@tomomondi: Do not spread your political differences to Kenyans whatever happened is enough.
@lucyalouch: What is wrong between Raila and Ruto? I thought the handshake was for all leaders.
@victorombiro: Before you talk about presidency make sure prices of essential goods go down.
