There was applaud on social media after Maseno University former Secretary Linus Sang was named Nandi county youth Governor.
The student leader was a charm for many, and his selection as Nandi county youth Governor excited the students.
Youth governor is an organization of intellectuals, result oriented, and development conscious youth across the 47 Counties.
It aims at identifying, nurturing and building capacity among the youth while preparing them to become leaders of influence in their areas of jurisdiction.
“I am pleased that our very own comrade is the Nandi county youth leader. Congratulations Sang. Good news indeed,” said Naomi Jeptarus.
“You have always been a great inspiration to us the students. Keep up the spirit of delivering as a leader,” noted Emily Santy.

To qualify to be a youth governor, one is expected to apply with The Youth governors Kenya.
