In a tweet on his official twitter account, Chiloba accused NASA of spreading misleading allegations, which would only affect the country further.
NASA, through Junet Mohamed claimed there were numerous calls by Chiloba to county coordinators to cook up results for President Kenyatta.
“I wish I could see myself as powerful as Hon Junet sees me. The misleading allegations about me can only be but polarise the country further,” Mr Chiloba said.
The NASA leaders further urged the Director of Criminal Investigations Ndegwa Muhoro to confiscate Chiloba’s phone to confirm their allegations.
Chiloba was forced to take a three week break from his post at the commission, after he was accused by NASA as part of the team that led to the bungled August polls.
NASA now claims Chiloba has been operating and pulling strings behind the scenes.
The country went to the polls on Thursday to vote in the president, with low voter turnout recorded in most areas.
