Vice president William Ruto should ditch Jubilee and join Cord coalition.
He should do this to particularly to support Raila Odinga to be the next president of Kenya.
I believe this will be the wisest decision he will ever make based on the following reasons.
Raila is normally regarded as the father of democracy and transformation in Kenya. He fought for multi party democracy in Kenya, he has has been vocal voice of the poor communities in Kenya, just to mention a few.
By supporting him to be president, Raila will be the only person who will fight the ghost of corruption in Kenya.
While serving in Jubilee, Ruto is not assured by Jubilee that he will be the president comes 2022.
History reveals that Mount Kenya supporters would change anytime and back someone else. However, through supporting Raila, Ruto will be assured to be supported to be president of Kenya comes 2022.
Through supporting Raila, political alliances between Rift Valley and Western Kenya, particularly Kisumu will be reinforced. In 2007, Raila was named Mibey (meaning our brother from lakeside) by Kalenjin elders.
Such good harmony might be revived once again by supporting Raila.
