She loves unconditionally
Raising her kid on her own has taught her how to love unconditionally since she is all the kid has in the world. This only means the same affection will be translated to you if prove you are worth it. She is also more accommodative of your flaws and imperfections.
She’s independent
A single mom does not have time to complain about why she didn’t receive that “umekula nini” lunch time text from you. She has a lot on her plate and her kid to worry about and petty issues do not augur well with her. Also, she requires less of your approval which is a good thing sometimes.
She knows what she wants
A mom who found herself in the situation as a result of divorce has probably done some soul searching to find out what went wrong in her union, including the role she probably played in the breakup. She, therefore, has a clear definition of what she is looking for in a new relationship and the dos and don’ts for a happy marriage.

She may be choosy and particular about who she chooses to let in her life and the kid. So if they choose you, you must be pretty special and she intends on staying with you for the long haul.
