And one main thing for sure is that the "Mighty Prophet of the Lord" as mainly referred to by his followers will not be taking any kind of offerings on that day.

During a recent sermon, he gave on Jesus is Lord Radio, Prophet David Owuor said that he doesn’t take an offering during his prayer meetings because the Lord provides for him.

“When the Lord uses me as His vessel, and people are healed and cripples walk, what would happen if I asked for offering just after God has healed somebody? People will give everything and do it emotionally. But asking for money, as I do the work of the Lord demeans the message I am trying to pass,” said Prophet.

According to Prophet Owuor, giving the Lord his whole life is what drives him and see no need to ask his followers to contribute anything.

"The Lord told me to serve him, and it is Him, who provides for me. The Lord can never let me go hungry because He is the one who told me to stop everything I am doing and work for him. That’s why I don’t ask for offering from the congregation,” said Owuor.
