Less sleep

Denying yourself sleep so as to spend extra hours in the gym is a wrong move. This is because the lack of sleep will make you lose focus on your routine. Sleep is good as it rejuvenate the body muscles to heal and prepare for the next session.

Overdoing it

Too much of something is poisonous. When you overtrain your muscles will grow tired leading to the body burning less calories and less training will be achieved.

Poor eating habits

Now that you want to lose weight you keep keen eye on what you eat until you go out with your friends and decide to have a little fries, or soda or junk because you miss it. You want to seriously lose weight, eat healthy and a little less.
