2. Better air
Morning runs protect you from pollution because the morning commuters haven’t muddled it up with their car exhaust yet. This helps you inhale very clean air for the day.
3. Eat more, feel better
Exercising after waking up helps your body relax. This means digestion will take place easily therefore not having problems of loss of appetite.
