A report emanating from National Intelligence Service indicates that Presidmnet Uhuru Kenyatta will badly lose to opposition leader Raila Odinga in a section of regions that have been leaning to the Jubilee party.

Already, Jubilee strategists have earmarked a number of regions where they expect the two leaders to have a fierce contest.

Shockingly, a survey done by NIS indicates otherwise, a move that has sent Jubilee strategists back to the table to craft more strategies based on the report findings.

“We do have a report but it actually indicates we are not doing well in some regions where the president should be toping,” said a source who spoke in confidence.

“Some of these regions if they happen to vote for Odinga, then we might forget presidency even before votes tallying is done. It’s devastating and strategists are working on it,” he added.

Among the regions that would give Odinga a smooth run include Narok, Isiolo, Marsabit, Wajir, Garissa, Trans Nzoia, Kisii and Nyamira.

In 2013, Kenyatta managed to score significantly in the regions, a move that helped him to form government.
