We just broke up with my boyfriend. Now I cannot move on and I find it tougher than I thought. What do I do?

To break up is something very tough. Currently you must be feeling very low. But worry not/

Take a deep breath and try doing the following. 

1. Vent out

Do not allow the emotions to die inside you. If you can cry, go ahead. Look for some private space and release the stress through tears.

2. Stop dwelling on it

Yes, you have had a big loss and you have been crying. However, you cannot cry forever. At some point, you must stop dwelling on it and try to focus on other things. 

3. Get busy

Do not stay alone. Get out with friends and be involved in daily activity. You can go swimming with friends or watch plays around. Just make sure you are not idle since this will return you to the heartbreak.

4. Don't call or text him

Refrain from communicating with him. Do not call or text unless it is something very inevitable. This will help you get over and forget him easily.

5. Discard any memento

DO not keep anything that reminds you of him. If there is anything he bought you, give it out. Dispose anything that will bring him memories of him.
