The 'Keroro' hitmaker took to social media to assure his fans he is alive and safe, claiming a local gossip site created the false information. 

The blog claimed that Nonini had been involved in a road accident along Mombasa road after performing at a concert in Mombasa in New Year’s Eve. 

‘’Apologies once more to everyone who was caught off guard by that nasty article on the blogs. When they wish you death you smile because it's a blessing in disguise. They are giving you more years.....#BadoNipoNipoSana,’’ he posted on his Facebook account.
