All candidates who graduated in 2015 at Kisii University have been told to collect their certificates.
A communication from the office of the Registrar Academic Affairs on Tuesday required all the graduands to collect their long awaited certificates from the office.
Weeks ago, the 2015 class slammed the academics office for failure to issue their certificates in time after the graduation.
Some of them claimed they were denied jobs opportunities because they lacked original documents from the university.
They were however required to comply with a few rules such as having the original and copies of letters of offer and national IDs.
In addition, they were also required to submit original copies of KCSE certificates and academic transcripts for the period they studied.
Departmental clearance forms, gown issuing forms and a current fee statement were other conditions the graduates were to comply with.
"Certificates shall not be collected on behalf of a graduand," said Paul Omboga, the admissions officer.
