Kabogo said that Kenya has freedom of worship and thus we should accept each religion whether Christian, Judaism or Muslim as long as we are all Kenyans.

The county boss advocated that religious signs should be banned in the public buildings to discourage undermining of other religion which might evoke violence.

He said that Kenya should stop condemning all Muslims on terror attacks since not all Muslims are terrorists since he knows many who have a good heart.

The governor who was speaking on Friday at Githunguri township Primary School as the chief guest at their 2015 prize giving day urged residents not to crucify and blame all Muslims in the country.

He has called on the national government to insist on freedom of worship to all religion in the country and Kenya to unite and be strong in this time of grief.

Kabogo has however urged Kenyans to pray for Kenyans who were affected in the Garissa attack and to support them in time of grief.

He has lauded President Uhuru Kenyatta for sending letters of condolence to victims of Garissa terming him as the president of humility.

The governor further urged the Githunguri students to embrace education for a better generation in Kiambu County in line with vision 2030.
