Kenyans have been urged to remain united after ICC terminated the cases which were facing the Deputy President William Ruto and Journalist Joshua Sang.

Addressing the press on Wednesday the Abagusii Council of Elders said that Kenyans should now remain united and should preach peace for the prosperity of the nation.

Led By their Chairman James Araka, the elders said that they have been praying for the case to be terminated and now their prayers were answered hence advised Kenyans to remain United.

“We are happy as the Abagusii Council of Elders, we join other Kenyans in celebrations as Kenya is free from ICC, we need to remain in harmony and look forward for development since Kenya is our Nation," said Araka.

In addition, they said that as the council of elders their work is to monitor and preach peace across the country hence they urged all Kenyans to maintain peace and harmony.
