An audit report has put Kericho Governor Paul Chepkwony on the spot over alleged spending of the county funds amounting to Sh3 Million on tea and snacks.
The report, which was uploaded by the office of the auditor general Monday on its website for the 2014-2015 financial year, further revealed that the county allocated 3.4 per cent of revenue for a bursary scheme.
