Jubilee Members of Parliament have been granted a temporary reprieve after a High Court Judge gave an order barring their removal from their respective parliamentary committees.Led by Nandi Hills MP Alfred Keter, the MPs said that they would fight for their rights.''We are not going to take this lying down. Duale should know that the moment we were elected into these committees we ceased to be Jubilee members. Our work is to oversight the executive, and the executive is Jubilee,'' Alfred Keter said today in Nairobi.The temporary order by Justice Mativo adds another twist to the de-whipping debacle.
