Speaking to reporters at Kiambu town on Thursday, the chairman said that the public must support the State on war against crime.

He observed that while it is the responsibility of the government to provide security, Kenyans should support it.

“We us Kenyans should support the government as it unravels the mystery of insecurity across the country,” he said.

The TNA chairman at the same time lashed out at the opposition leaders accusing them of trying to frustrate the government.

Kuria indicated that the opposition is being led by ill motives which are focused at discrediting the government.

He said while the government is committed to boost development, the opposition is busy finding ways of undermining the State.

The chairman however called for tolerance among leaders both in government and in the opposition.

Kuria said that engaging in abusive language and other selfish interests will not address issues facing the people.
