Speaking on Monday at DC market, Peter Wandati said the Bungoma senator, Moses Wetangula is not yet ready for statehouse. Wandati said he feels the senator is not as social as Raila is and this might lead to the party not winning the elections.

‘‘Raila Odinga is this aggressive leader who loves speaking to people. His successor should be a person who is not only talkative but also social. This rules out Wetangul’a,’ he said.

Suzan Ngaira also said the senator has an ability to deliver the speech but he needs to be close to people. She said that she feels Wetangula should be voted as the best advisor but not a flag bearer. She said the senator should show that he is ready to bear ODM’s flag by going to the ground and speaking to people. She also stated that Wetangula should target ODM’s stronghold and talk to the supporters instead of only going to Western Kenya to speak of his presidential ambitions.
