A section of residents in Nakuru County have hailed President Uhuru Kenyatta for launching the state-of-the-art managed equipment service (MSN) at the Nakuru Level 5 Hospital.
Speaking shortly after the event, the residents expressed optimism that through the new equipment, health services would greatly improve and access to better healthcare not be cumbersome as before.
"I want to thank the President for launching such an important equipment that will now enable us access medical services efficiently," said Steve Wambugu a resident.
His sentiments were echoed by Naphtali Metto who was equally upbeat that the equipment would greatlytransform the health sector in the hospital and the county at large.
To Mary Bonareri , though she did not have an inch what the equipment looks like or will be doing, she however, believed that it would help improve services at one of the biggest health facilities in the region.
And it is for that reason that she thanked both the county and national governments for the reward.
The facility will see the hospital have access to leased modern medical equipment to enable specialized health services to its numerous patients.
