[Photo| Twitter]A lorry that was ferrying Bidco products from Kisumu was on Thursday involved in a road accident on the Kisumu-Kakamega road.The driver of the lorry lost control while attempting to avoid hitting another oncoming car before the truck crashed into river Iguhu.The lorry's turn boy died on the spot while the driver sustained injuries and was rushed to Mbale Regional Referral hospital.Residents in the area took advantage of the situation and started looting soap and cooking oil.The driver had earlier pleaded with the locals to help him saying he was a National Super Alliance (Nasa) supporter. Bidco is among three companies that Nasa leaders asked its supporters to boycott its products.
