Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has poked holes in Raila Odinga's latest call for economic boycott and resistance towards the government.

Through his Facebook page, Kuria said that the NASA leader was slowly leaving the political stage and that the 'Resist' slogan was the song being used to see him off.

He said Raila was using his latest strategy to divert attention from the ugly fallout expected in his NASA succession bid.

Kuria said that Moses Wetangula, Musalia Mudavadi, James Orengo, Kalonzo Musyoka, Hassan Joho and Amarson Kingi are all fighting to get the torch from Raila.

"What is all this brouhaha about #Resist and economic boycott? At best it is just therapeutic. Raila Odinga and NASA know very well the game is over," he wrote.

"Uhuru Kenyatta will be sworn in either on 14th November or latest 4th December after the collapse of a surrogate petition to be filed by Africog, Katiba Institute and Kura Yangu, Sauti Yangu on Monday. #Resist and economic boycott are a safe exit strategy. Secondly this is meant to divert attention from very ugly fallout expected from the Odinga succession in NASA," he added.

He argued that it was the Odinga family struggling to keep him relevant in politics and denying his close friends the right to inherit the opposition empire.
