President Uhuru Kenyatta has asked NASA presidential flag-bearer Raila Odinga to stop criticising Interior CS Fred Matiangi.

Uhuru said Raila should wait to be appointed a minister in the Jubilee government once he (Uhuru) is re-elected in the August 8 polls.

“I’m telling Raila to wait to be appointed CS when Jubilee wins next week’s election,” Uhuru said.

He asked the NASA leader to stop joking with the country by giving Kenyans untenable promises like free education starting September.

“He should understand that Jubilee has allocated funds towards the project in the 2017-18 financial year,” Uhuru said.

The President was addressing hundreds of supporters in the Gusii Stadium.
