A report done by Supreme Court register following a court order may have dealt President Uhuru Kenyatta a major blow that led to nullification of his reelection.
Judges granted NASA legal team their prayer to access all original Form 34A and 34B with another partial access to IEBC’s servers.
And the scrutiny done by court officials in presence of all parties revealed shocking details that may have made majority of the judges to order fresh elections.
“My Lord this is shocking. That 56 Form 34B do not bare water marks and indication that they were printed elsewhere and not by Al Ghurer,” said James Orengo during the final submissions.
He added: “31 form 34B do not have serial and several other Form 34As. This just confirms that this election was a total sham and should be nullified.”
Also, the report indicated that IEBC failed to honour the court order to allow NASA access its servers, a move that could have angered the judges further.
In their own report, the opposition produced documents that showed illegal access to the servers by strangers using the official account of Wafula Chebukati.
