He has since taken the job at Guinea, where his task will be to lead the team to the next African Cup of Nations tournament. 

However, the coach left the country after only three months, and according to reports, FKF was not able to provide him with the codusive working environment. 

The coach is said to have put forth so many demands, which could not be met, prompting him to leave.Here is a list of some of the demands, which he has since refuted.

1.      A mid-size Pajero SUV

2.      A personal chef

3.      A bodyguard and 

4.      A diplomatic passport 

5.      A beachfront house in Mombasa rather than what he had been offered in Nairobi

6.      five more staff on the technical bench

7.      a system of tracking Kenyan players playing abroad 

8.      A new office table for his home office 

9.      Improvement of playing pitches 

10.  Better salary

The coach, however, says he left Kenya because he was not given 100 percent support, and only got like five percent of what he wanted. 

He went on to add that the main problem dogging the country was lack of enough funds.
