An estimated 17,000 refugees are willing to go back to their country of birth subject to an agreement signed by Kenya, Somalia, and the United Nations.This was revealed by the UNHCR's senior protection coordinator Dennis Kuindje at the Dadaab refugee camp. The revelation comes amid efforts to completely close the refugee camp which the government says has been used by terrorists to plan attacks on Kenyans.
