ODM leader Raila Odinga for the first time opened up about the content of his secret agreement with President Uhuru Kenyatta in March.

While addressing residents of Kakamega on Wednesday, Raila also defended his decision to hold dialogue in absence of his NASA co-principals.

"I was first approached by his handlers. I told them dialogue can only be between the two of us. 

"When the father goes out to hunt,  his children should only ask what he has brought," said Raila.

Top on their agenda is addressing electoral injustices, tribalism, corruption, security and devolution.

In fact,  due to his persistent championing of devolution, Raila was invited by government to address devolution conference in Kakamega.

"I could not allow my supporters face under development in our regions for five years. We had to talk," he said. 

To address the topical issues on electoral systems,  Raila hinted and impending constitutional amendment.

In the amendments, Kenya would soon adopt a parliamentary system of government.
