This was the 'miracle' used by a UK-based Kenyan preacher, Bishop Gilbert Deya to support his illegal business of stealing children from mothers in Kenya. 

Bishop Deya had for a long time engaged in the illegal business of smuggling children out of the country to Great Britain.

Curing of HIV/AIDs through prayers

This is another fake miracle that self-proclaimed prophetess Nduta alleged to be performing. 

The preacher used to charge exorbitantly those desperately in need to be cured of the disease. 

The prophetess said through prayers she could heal anyone suffering from the disease. 

He eventually landed in jail for her fake miracles.

Touching cloth and getting healed

Just like Jesus healed a woman who had blood issues after telling her to touch her cloth, another preacher, Bishop Thomas Wahome of the Helicopter of Christ Church used the same idea to con his followers. 

The controversial bishop is said to have been charging around ksh1,200 for anyone to touch his cloth so that they could get healed.

Multiplying banked savings

Kiuna's allegedly claimed that whoever would send money would miraculously find the money in their accounts to have doubled in their accounts within 3 days. 

The Kiunas are alleged to have been performing fake miracles for over 10 years.
