During a retreat in Naivasha last month, IEBC Commissioners tasked Chiloba to develop an implementation framework of the fresh presidential election slated for October 26.Speaking during a four day national training of 700 Returning Officers and Deputy Returning Officers for the polls in Nairobi, Chebukati said the new team will ensure a successful election process.
