Unlike Jesus who performed miracles for different people at no cost, Kenyan preachers are now performing their own 'miracles' but would not do it for free.
Kenyan pastors are known to have been performing fake miracles for their followers in churches then charge them for the service.
Many of them are known to be residing in opulence and driving expensive cars at the expense of their poor followers.
Through 'miracles' charges and other money from tithe and offertory, these pastors have been able to fund their lavish lifestyles.
Some pastors are said to be charging as much as ksh. 20,000 for the miracles they perform for their followers in churches or crusades.
Another pastor claimed to be expensive is Bishop Thomas Wahome of Helicopter of Christ Church.
Bishop Wahome is alleged to be demanding for cash ranging from ksh1,000 to Ksh. 1,200 for just touching his cloth and any revelation he would make.
He once told his congregants that he was granted access to God's 'Book of Life' where he could check the names of those present or not in the book.
He, therefore, could charge ksh1,000 from a single person to tell them whether their name was in the book or not.
He is also claimed to have lied to his followers that they could get healed immediately they touched his cloth.
In this case, he demanded ksh1,200 from one person just for touching his cloth.
He is said to have gotten rich so quickly through this.
Others like Pastor Kiuna are alleged to be asking their followers to empty their bank accounts into the pastor's respective account though the amounts are yet to be disclosed.
The above are alleged to be the most expensive charges for performing a fake miracle by these pastors.
