A report tabled in parliament in 2010 on the probe of unresolved murder of former powerful Foreign Affairs Minister Robert Ouko implicates his colleague, Nicholas Biwott, of the former's gruesome murder.
Prepared by former Kisumu East MP Gor Sunguh, the damning report, whose recommendations are yet to be implemented, directly links Biwott to the Kenya's most shocking murder.
Just two weeks into his murder, Ouko reportedly fell out with Biwott and President Daniel Moi in the US trip where the former was accused of securing White House tour with Moi's knowledge.
The explosive report reveals that Ouko was sacked a week before after his security details were withdrawn.
Evidence gathered in the probe indicates that former Nyanza PC Julius Kobia, in the company of Biwott and intellegence agents, abducted the slain minister from his Koru home.
Further, it is alleged that Ouko was bundled into Kobia's car and driven to Nakuru State House where he was tortured in Biwott's presence.
A State House witness who declined to be named, said that Ouko pleaded to be forgiven before Biwott pulled a trigger on him after the torturous ordeal.
Before being driven to Nakuru, multiple witnesses intimated that Biwott, who was roaming around Koru, had summoned Kobia to drive to Muhoroni from Eldoret Town.
Ouko's mutilated body was discovered by a herdsman identified as Shikuku in Got Alila on February 14 in 1990 before the government making his death public two days later.
Until Biwott's death last year, government agencies have never dared implement the explosive report which concurs with findings of TJRC report and that of Scotland Yard detectives.
