Nairobi senator Mike Mbuvi Sonko, Dagorreti South MP Dennis Waweru and former Starehe lawmaker Bishop Margaret Wanjiru, have presented their nomination certificates.
The trio who call themselves 'Team Nairobi' accompanied one another to the Jubilee party headquarters at Pangani, ahead of nominations for the Nairobi gubernatorial bid.
Sonko had earlier been denied Certificate of Good Conduct, over an alleged 17-years-old case, as their rival, Peter Kenneth presented his, a day before.
The three said they would stick together and ensure one of them becomes governor by sending incumbent ODM's Dr Evans Kidero, home.
''Team Nairobi, we are standing as one. Even if some of us presented their nomination papers earlier like (Johnson) Sakaja, we are one,'' said Wanjiru.
Addressing the press, Friday, she noted whoever would be nominated would receive overwhelming support from the rest.
"We are behind who will be nominated because we have been assured the nomination will be free and fair,'' she added.
They further revealed that one would be the gubernatorial aspirant, running mate, a woman representative and a senator.
Nominated MP, Sakaja, seeks to be elected as the County's senator.
