Two ODM MPs have threatened that they will make plans to have NASA leader Raila Odinga sworn in as the president if Jubilee insist on passing a bill thats seeks to amend sections of the constitution.
The two lawmakers Samuel Atandi(Alego Usonga), and Micheal Odhiambo(Gem) were speaking on Sunday at a rally in Bondo where they made the claims.
Odhiambo said NASA top lawyers Jame Orengo and Otiende Amollo will swear-in Odinga.
"The Jubilee administration has no business being in office if all they care about is their selfish interest," said Odhiambo.
"Raila will be sworn in as president because Jubilee is now defaced by the Supreme Court," he added.
The sentiments by Atandi and Odhiambo come in one week after Jubilee MPs announced that they will intoduce radical electoral amendments that would make it impossible for Supreme Court to annul presidential results.
