NASA flag bearer Raila Odinga’s team has announced its plans for major restructuring before the political outfit embarks on official campaigns at the end of this month.
Speaking to the star, ODM secretary general Agnes Zani said that opposition will not leave any stone unturned. “We are going into the elections to win,” Zani said.
The former prime minister has said that the opposition wants to mount “the mother of all campaigns in Kenya’s election history” that will send President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto home after the August general elections.
The opposition has revealed that the campaign will target on the ways to outdo Jubilee in terms communication, data collection and analysis, and execution.
It has also been revealed that the former prime minister’s side will sack incompetent and lazy staff at both Capitol Hill and Orange House to create room for professional staff that will grant him a win when that time comes.
Sources have revealed that this is part of the scheme that will be used to eliminate laxity at the head offices of the party. The secretariat will be made up of two offices namely the back office and the political wing.
