A top ODM lawyer claims Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka is a 'compromised' element who should not be depended on by other NASA leaders.
Both Kalonzo and Raila Odinga are set to be inaugurated at the end of this month, a move which the Nyamira based lawyer, who spoke in confidence, claims won't happen.
"He is not with us and what we are seeing is just buying of time. He remains non committal and is hiding his party to seek flimsy excuses.
"I am certain he will eventually join Jubilee because I am privy to information that part of his wife's bills were paid by Jubilee. He is just wasting time for NASA," said the lawyer.
Upon Kalonzo's return from Germany, controversial Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria claimed that Jubilee had paid bills for Kalonzo's wife, an allegation that Wiper has remained mum about.
"We paid for his wife's hospital bills and even helped his son to get a nomination to EALA. My friend Kalonzo should tread carefully," Kuria said.
At a Wiper conference on Wednesday, Wiper postponed a People's Assembly rally scheduled in Machakos over the weekend a move that the source insists is part of the wide scheme.
"He is only frustrating Raila Odinga yet he finished business with Uhuru while in Germany. A man with reasonable judgement should have approached his colleagues to solve any outstanding issues rather than making them public."
Last year in October, Odinga hinted efforts by Jubilee to lure Kalonzo to cabinet something that the latter denied.
