Details have emerged regarding the controversial deporatation of lawyer Miguna Miguna on Wednesday night.
According to the Standard, the decision to deport Miguna was hurriedly made at Harambee House after a court had ordered his immediate release.
The decision was made by top security officers.
The officials are said to have ordered immigration personnel at JKIA to book three tickets, including for two security personnel.
Two officers from the General Service Unit were then instructed to be ready to fly to Dubai, London, Germany and Toronto.
Miguna is currently streanded at the Dubai International Airport where he claims that he has no travel documents.
Miguna further claims that he drugged before being boarded on an Emirates plane.
The controversial lawyer was later hospitalized at the airport where he currently asking for further medical attention.
