There are markets that are still making use of the plastic carrier bags like Gikomba, City Park, Mlolongo, and others. We want to send a warning that if the situation persists we will have no choice but to close them down,'' Geoffery Wahungu told the media today in Nairobi.Wahungu asked the chairmen of those markets to make sure that the ban on plastic bags was complied with.Kenya embraced the ban on plastic carrier bags last year.
