A strong team has been lined up for various house seats by opposition NASA to counter Uhuru Kenyatta’s Jubilee majority.
Despite dragging to fill the position, a PG at Okoa Kenya headquarters reportedly settled on famous names that would represent the coalition.
In the 11th parliament, opposition by then Cord struggled to contain Jubilee due to ‘weak’ leadership especially in National Assembly under the leadership of Charles Nyenze.
But to fix the situation, NASA has fronted vocal Suba South MP John Mbadi for the seat and will be deputized by Lugari’s Ayub Suvula.
At the senate, Moses Wetangula will be transacting business on behalf of the opposition and will be deputized by evergreen James Orengo of Siaya.
Senator Mutula Kilonzo Jnr of Makueni will take over from Johnstone Muthama as Chief Whip. Muthama, a staunch NASA campaigner did not contest any position in October elections.
However, the names are yet to be presented formerly in the respective houses for approval.
