Raila Odinga shall hide in undisclosed location moments after taking oath of office on Tuesday, reports KTN News.
Despite his resilience to take oath, Raila could be charged with treason, an offense whose ultimate prize is death.
"We are not scared of death threats by Jubilee. They are free to jail or hang him," said Norman Magaya, one of radicals within NASA.
Attorney General Githu Muigai had warned that taking presidential oath against the constitution could lead to execution.
Jubilee Vice Chairman David Murathe, said President Uhuru Kenyatta will not spare those who may act contrary to the law.
"We dare him to take oath. Uhuru will not joke with anybody and we shall ensure he pays for it," he warned.
But according to KTN report, Raila and his deputy, Kalonzo Musyoka, will take oath on Tuesday and subsequently name cabinet on Wednesday.
Thereafter, the two shall take refuge in undisclosed location, which may be within or outside the country to force negotiations with Jubilee administration.
