Firebrand Kakamega Senator Cleophas Malala has revealed in a television show, Morning Express, on KTN that Raila Odinga is in the process of forming his cabinet.

''The first week of February as NASA we shall be reading our cabinet and therefore I would want us to discuss matters pertaining our cabinet as NASA because we do not recognise the Jubilee cabinet, we are not going to participate in the vetting, we cannot say anything until we name our cabinet,'' Senator Malala said.

Malala's words come in the wake of mounting tension ahead of Raila Odinga's January 30 swearing-in and a political stand-off between the government and the opposition on the vexed question of dialogue.
