ODM leader Raila Odinga claims electoral body IEBC printed a number of alleged fake Forms 34A and 34B along Mombasa road instead of using the ones printed by Dubai based Al Ghurair.
A Supreme Court report indicated that over 56 Form 34Bs lacked water marks while 31 more did not bare watermarks, which were essential security features as agreed by the Dubai Company.
But Odinga says ELAM Printer Solutions was used to print the alleged fake forms, which was subject to heated discussions in the Supreme Court.
“There were no elections and these people just sat in Nairobi hotels and some police stations and altered figures. They printed fake forms at ELAM printers along Mombasa road.
“There trick was noticed and there have now resorted to threats. I am asking our competitors to accept free and fair elections. Such sideshows are unnecessary,” he said.
The explosive report, analysts say could have been mandatory in the Supreme Court judgment that led to nullification of Uhuru Kenyatta’s victory.
Also, Odinga demanded that IEBC servers be opened for scrutiny, a request which was granted by Chairman Wafula Chebukati.
