As the country awaits the final verdict on the presidential petition, Jubilee and NASA is planning for the next step. Political analyst Martin Andati has revealed the post-judgment scenario that he predicts will favor Jubilee. Andati said that Jubilee will only need money to retain its tyranny of numbers.
“Jubilee will still have the upper hand and what it would only need to do is to give the elected leaders money to campaign,” Andati said as reported by the Star.
The analyst also faulted NASA’s lack of strategy as the main reason they have minority numbers in the Senate and National Assembly.
“It would not be easy. Most of the NASA candidates lost because of lack of strategy. It would be very hard to convince them to start campaigning for the opposition,” he said.
“Kenya would not be the same again. This is a landmark ruling and Kenyans are determined not to accept and move on. People are ready to take it upon themselves to reorganise the country’s leadership and set the future courts properly in their interest. Nothing would stop them from doing what they want to do,” ODM Treasurer Timothy Bosire told the Star.
